Setup

• 1 deck + 2 jokers (54 cards). Jokers are wild — any rank or suit.
• Play 3 games — each game is one full poker hand. Reshuffle between games.

Starting cards (handicap)

• Average 150+: start with 0 cards.
• Average under 150: start with 2 cards each game.

Earn cards each frame

• Strike 1   Spare 1   Split converted 2   Open 0

Hand limit — 5 max

• Hold up to 5 cards. Over the limit? Discard down to 5 (face-down, out for the game) before looking at new cards.
• End of frame 10: your 5 cards are your hand. Highest hand wins the game.
• After 10 weeks (30 hands), most hands won takes the season pot. Ties settle by best hands if enabled.

1. Five of a Kind — A A A A ★ (only possible with a wild)
2. Royal Flush — 10 J Q K A, all one suit
3. Straight Flush — 5 6 7 8 9, all one suit
4. Four of a Kind — 7 7 7 7
5. Full House — K K K 4 4
6. Flush — 2 6 9 J A, all one suit
7. Straight — 4 5 6 7 8, mixed suits
8. Three of a Kind — 9 9 9
9. Two Pair — J J 6 6
10. Pair — 4 4
11. High Card — A high, nothing else
